How long does it take to build my website?

A basic business website takes 3–5 days. An e-commerce store with M-PESA integration typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on the number of products and custom requirements. I'll give you an exact timeline in the proposal.
Do I need to already have a domain and hosting?

No. I can handle everything — domain registration, hosting setup and SSL certificate. Or if you already have a domain, I can work with that. Hosting on my VPS is available for KES 3,000/month which includes maintenance and support.
How does the M-PESA integration work?

Customers pay via M-PESA Paybill or Till number directly from the checkout page. Payments are confirmed automatically and your admin panel updates in real time. You'll need a registered Safaricom Paybill or Till number — I'll guide you through this if you don't have one.
Will I be able to manage my website myself?

Yes. Every project includes a custom admin panel where you can add/remove products, manage orders, update stock, view sales reports and more — without touching any code. I also walk you through everything before handover.
What are the payment terms?

50% deposit to start the project, 50% on delivery before launch. Payment via M-PESA. For larger projects we can agree on milestone-based payments.
Do you work with businesses outside Nairobi?

Yes. I work with clients across Kenya remotely via WhatsApp, phone and video calls. The entire process can be done without meeting in person, though I'm happy to meet if you're in Nairobi.
Can you redesign or improve my existing website?

Yes. Send me your current website and I'll give you an honest assessment and a proposal for what can be improved. Redesigns are priced based on what needs to be changed.
